A trap-heavy rage comedy where hostile trees weaponize your expectations.
Based on the current Steam and itch copy, Trees Hate You centers on a seemingly simple walk home that turns into a sequence of unfair, surprise-based tree traps. The design goal appears to be infuriating but not tedious, with checkpoints and varied set pieces balancing the punishment loop.
