Expedition Departure Issue Update

A sign-up bug affecting Expedition Departure will be rolled back in waves for players flagged by the issue, while valid opt-ins remain available.

This is a corrective bugfix for Expedition participation. It may change your Departure status if the game incorrectly signed you up, but it should not affect players who opted in intentionally.
